Whether it’s to help out on our Sailing Trips, at our Swim4Lémanhope fundraising event, or at our partner events, we’re looking for people with a variety of skills all year round. Whether you’re a skipper, a healthcare professional, a paddleboarding expert, or just eager to help out, you’re sure to find a role that’s right for you!

Sailing Trips

Instructor

Do you have experience working with young people and enjoy leading a group? As an attentive and responsible person, you look out for everyone’s well-being and help build their confidence by fostering a positive group dynamic.

Skipper Sailing Trip

As an experienced skipper, you’ll accompany four young people in remission from cancer on a unique five-day sailing trip. You’ll provide them with a supportive environment and share your passion for sailing.

Swim4Lémanhope

Paddler

Put your passion to work for a charitable cause in a unique setting!

If you’re an experienced paddler, join our team on the water. Your role will be to accompany swimmers and keep an eye on them so they can enjoy their experience with complete peace of mind. You’ll be supported by Swiss Paddle Vevey during your training and throughout the event.

Captain Swim

As an experienced skipper, your mission is to welcome the team into a safe environment. By combining your nautical expertise with a sense of hospitality, you play a direct role in the success of this charity voyage.

Land-based missions

  • Welcome and information for participants / distribution of giveaways
  • Refueling Department
