What is Swim4Lémanhope?
Swim4Lémanhopeis a sports and charity event organized by theLéman Hope Foundationsince 2022. Through a group swimming challenge, its mission is to raise funds to financeSailing Trips for children and teenagers in remission from cancer.
Every year, Swim4Lémanhope brings together 50 companies for a uniqueteam-building experiencewith a strong human touch, held at two iconic locations in Switzerland:
- Lake Geneva, in French-speaking Switzerland on June 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2026
- Lake Zurich in German-speaking Switzerland on June 17, 2026

A meaningful challenge
Swim4Lémanhope is more than just a sporting performance, it's a human adventure: a time for surpassing oneself, solidarity and commitment. Every fathom counts - for the participants, but above all for the young beneficiaries.
Thanks to the funds raised, teenagers who have overcome the disease can set sail on aSailing Trip Hope: five days aboard a sailboat to rebuild their confidence, independence, and hope in a caring and inspiring environment.
How do I get started on this adventure?
Joining theSwim4Lémanhope adventure means taking part in an inclusive, charity-driven athletic challenge to benefit children in remission from cancer.
1. Choose your group challenge
The crossing of Lake Geneva is divided into several 8-10 km relays.
Your company can choose to adopt one or more, depending on its level of involvement and its goal of contributing to the funding of theSailing Trips HopeSailing Trips .
Each participating team sponsors a Sailing Trip a child.
2. Build your swimming teams
Form teams of4 to 9 swimmers per relay. Each company may enter one or more teams, depending on its capacity and commitment to supporting the cause.
In a relay race, each swimmer chooses the distance they want to swim:200m, 500m, 1km, or more.
Everyone participates at their own pace, according to their level.
3. Get involved with Léman Hope
In addition to the support provided byparticipation fees, most companies choose to create a fundraising page on our platform.
Each company commits to funding at least one Sailing Trip for a child from Léman Hope.
It’s a way to amplify their impact bysharing their challenge, engaging their network, and giving their commitment even greater visibility.
