What is Swim4Lémanhope?
Swim4Lémanhopeis a sporting and charity event organized by theLéman Hope Foundationsince 2022. Through a collective swimming challenge, its mission is to raise funds to financeSegeltörns for children and teenagers in remission from cancer.
Every year, Swim4Lémanhope brings together employees and companies for a unique team-building experience with a strong human impact, in two emblematic Swiss locations:
- Lake Geneva, in French-speaking Switzerland on June 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2026
- Lake Zurich in German-speaking Switzerland on June 17, 2026

A meaningful challenge
Swim4Lémanhope is more than just a sporting performance, it's a human adventure: a time for surpassing oneself, solidarity and commitment. Every fathom counts - for the participants, but above all for the young beneficiaries.
Thanks to the funds raised, teenagers who have beaten the disease can embark on a Léman hope cruise: 5 days aboard a sailboat, to rebuild confidence, autonomy and hope in a caring and inspiring environment.

Joining the Swim4Lémanhope adventure means getting involved in a sporting challenge that's both accessible and supportive, in aid of children in remission from cancer. Here's how to embark on this unique experience:
1. Choose your group challenge
The crossing of Lake Geneva is divided into several 8-10 km relays.
Your company can choose to take on one or more, depending on its level of involvement and its goal of contributing to the financing ofSegeltörns hope.
Each relay involved funds a cruise for a child.
2. Build your swimming teams
Put together teams of 4 to 9 swimmers per relay. Each company can enter one or more teams, depending on its capacity and ambitions.
3. Each participant chooses their distance
In a relay, each swimmer chooses the distance they wish to cover: 200 m, 500 m, 1 km or more.
Everyone participates at their own pace, according to their level.
4. Go further in your commitment
In addition to the support provided byparticipation fees, most companies choose to create a fundraising page on our platform.
It's a way of amplifying their impact, by sharing their challenge externally, mobilizing their ecosystem and giving even greater visibility to their commitment.
