Sport and solidarity for Léman hope: Swim4hope kicks off soon!

Next week, 30 companies plan to take turns swimming across Lake Geneva from Chillon to Geneva in order to raise funds for Segeltörns hope. For the fourth edition of the Swim4hope event, the swimmers of hope will form 65 teams and meet from Wednesday, August 30, 2023, to Saturday, September 2, 2023, aboard the Léman hope sailboats to take on this sporting challenge filled with sharing!

GivenGain fundraising

In addition to their sporting commitment, participating teams are also encouraged to create their own fundraising page via the GivenGain platform. Donations are paid directly to Léman Hope, enabling us to take an ever-increasing number of young people on our Segeltörns. A big thank you to them!

The ultimate kilometer

Sharing a moment together is the goal of the final kilometer of swimming, open to everyone on September 2. All swimmers, including young people from Léman Hope and their families, volunteers, and individuals, will set off from La Perle du Lac in Geneva to complete the last of the 115 km already swum in this edition, ending at Les Bains des Pâquis. Volunteer work

In addition to the swimmers, volunteers are an integral part of the event's success. Whether on land, on the water or at arrivals and departures, there are many different tasks to be accomplished over the 4 days.
