Swim4Lémanhope Zurich - A solidarity relay on the shores of Lake Zurich

On Friday, June 20, 2025, eight teams from five companies in the Zurich region will take turns swimming between Rapperswill and Zurich as part of Swim4Lémanhope, a sporting and solidarity event to raise funds for children in remission from cancer.

Already well established in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, this third edition in Zurich confirms the momentum of solidarity that now extends beyond the borders of French-speaking Switzerland and Lake Geneva. A powerful reminder that hope, too, transcends cantonal borders.

Swim4Lémanhope is much more than a sporting challenge. It's a relay of energy and meaning, where every swimmer, every company involved, contributes to advancing the cause of young people who deserve a new horizon.

The aim? To raise funds and go the extra mile to support young people in remission from cancer, by offering them the chance to enjoy an extraordinary experience: a therapeutic sailing cruise on Lake Geneva, organized every summer by the Léman hope foundation. Away from the hospital and their medicalized daily lives, these young people from all over Switzerland sail for 5 days and 4 nights. This suspended time allows them to regain their confidence, regain their autonomy, forge links with others who have been through the same ordeals, and above all, project themselves once again into the future.

On Lake Zurich, on June 20, kilometers of solidarity will be run: an opportunity for companies to unite around a cause that makes sense.... An event not to be missed.
