Swim4Lémanhope: One crossing comes to an end. Onward to 2027!

Dear Léman Hope community, kilometers swum. Teams taking turns. Cheers from the boats. A few tired arms, too… but above all, an incredible collective energy. Swim4LémanHope 2026 was all of that. And behind every relay, one shared goal: to help more and more young people in remission from cancer regain their self-confidence through the Léman Hope adventures.

But beyond the numbers, what stands out most to us are the teams, the smiles, the words of encouragement, and that shared desire to push ourselves to the limit for a cause that brings us together.Thank you for being part of this adventure. 💙

Four days. One lake. More than a thousand swimmers. And the same mission as always: to support the young people of Léman Hope. From June 22 to 25, 2027, Swim4Lémanhope sets out once again for another crossing of Lake Geneva. Find all the details about the route and this year’s event in our 2027 brochure or on our website.

Registration is now open! Were you with us in 2026? Want to do it again? Were you watching the adventure from the shore? This time, maybe it’s time to take the plunge!

For this new season, Charlotte Bonnet and Jérémy Desplanches—Olympic medalists and ambassadors for the Léman Hope Foundation—are also diving into the Swim4LémanHope adventure.  Through their Two Lanes Academy, they offer personalized coaching to help you prepare for your swim. Swimming technique, comfort in the water, pacing, relay strategies, equipment, and a plan for race day… but above all, it’s a great opportunity to build a tight-knit team even before you step onto your boat!

In Zurich, the adventure continues in a different way. In 2027, Swim4Lémanhope Zurich will take a break to make way for the expansion of Léman hope’ Sailing Trips s on Lake Constance and, more broadly, throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Introductory days will be organized on Lake Zurich to introduce young people to sailing, help them discover the Léman hope world, and inspire them to join in on a future “ Sailing Trip.” This is a new way to bring Léman hope to life in the region and enable even more young people to experience this unique adventure.
